About the role

As a VMware vSphere Administrator at Kyndryl, you will manage and support enterprise‑grade virtual infrastructure that underpins mission‑critical business applications. You will collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, security, and continuous improvement while adhering to strict service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.
• Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines and related infrastructure.
• Support high‑availability (HA), Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), and vMotion operations.
• Monitor capacity, performance metrics, and resource utilization.
• Perform patching, upgrades, and troubleshoot issues in production environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience administering VMware vSphere.
• Proven ability to support production systems under defined SLAs.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Growth mindset with a customer‑focused attitude.
