Wellness Manager – LATAM (Consumer Insights & Analytics)

About the role

As a CBIA Wellness Manager for LATAM, you will lead consumer, market and category insights for the Oral Health portfolio, turning complex data into actionable recommendations that drive growth. You will work closely with global category teams, operating units, marketing, strategy, finance and data & tech partners in a highly matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consumer, market and category insight projects for the Oral Health portfolio.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business decisions.
• Partner with Global Category and Operating Unit teams to support strategy, brand planning and innovation.
• Provide insight inputs for planning cycles, performance reviews and strategic forums.
• Integrate multiple data sources into a single, connected view of the consumer and category.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Strategy, Finance and CBIA.
• Ensure insights are embedded into core business processes, not just reported.
• Champion strong insight storytelling and executive‑ready outputs.
• Collaborate with Data & Tech and external agencies to enhance insight capability.
• Promote best practices, consistency and continuous improvement across the CBIA Oral Health community.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Intelligence, Analytics or Business Intelligence, preferably in FMCG or Consumer Health.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organisations with multiple senior stakeholders.
