Windows Server Administrator

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a Windows Server Administrator to manage and support Microsoft Windows Server environments that power enterprise‑critical systems. You will ensure system availability, security, and performance while collaborating with infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, harden, and maintain Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.
• Manage Active Directory services, including users, groups, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
• Provide operational support for production environments, handling incidents and troubleshooting within defined SLAs.
• Execute OS patching, updates, version management, and basic automation using PowerShell.
• Maintain operational documentation and execute changes following ITIL best practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server environments.
• Growth mindset with a focus on personal and professional development.

• Intermediate English proficiency for technical documentation and global teamwork.
