About the role

The Customer Service Representative provides front‑line support to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This role acts as the primary point of contact and contributes to building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, technical problems, or service disruptions.
• Document interactions and update records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of products, services, and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related support role.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills
