Associate - Consulting

About the role

We are looking for a Consulting Associate to support our clients in understanding their procurement needs, delivering high‑impact solutions and driving cost‑saving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and provide flawless service.
• Recommend actions and assist clients with implementation.
• Collaborate with middle management to design customized, high‑impact solutions.
• Analyze client spend data and produce project deliverables.
• Develop recommendations that contribute to cost‑saving program objectives.
• Deliver presentations and communicate confidently with clients.
• Conduct complex analyses and manage the client engagement cycle from lead to operations.
• Contribute to team understanding of client culture and suggest improvements.
• Develop sourcing strategies and processes aligned with client goals and policies.
• Monitor commodity trends to inform sourcing initiatives.
• Execute sourcing events, RFQs, auctions, supplier management and negotiations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of management consulting experience or a mix of consulting and industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Self‑motivated team player able to work with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel onsite as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation and data analysis.
