About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with partners, building new revenue streams for the company. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to execute growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

Identify partnership opportunities and develop new relationships to expand the business.
Maintain and grow existing business relationships.
Research potential markets, clients, and partnerships to build a pipeline of prospects.
Initiate contact with prospects and nurture long‑term relationships with stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to design and implement growth strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
3–4 years of business development experience in a relevant industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful development strategies.
Focused, goal‑oriented, and capable of critical thinking.
