Business Operations Consultant

About the role

As a Business Operations Consultant, you will act as a strategic partner to the GBS Center Lead, guiding multidisciplinary teams across finance, procurement, people engagement, and agile coaching. You will translate high‑level strategies into actionable roadmaps, ensure financial and vendor governance, and foster an innovative, transparent culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive office operations and convert leadership vision into project plans such as business continuity and work‑to‑office models.
• Oversee department budgeting, supplier contracts, and process re‑engineering to maximize efficiency.
• Design and execute employee engagement and communication strategies to boost satisfaction and innovation.
• Coordinate logistics, agendas, and internal branding for visits by global leaders.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives from ideation through implementation, serving as the central point of control for the executive’s strategic roadmap.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Communications, Business Intelligence or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in global operations, business strategy, or financial management.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable advisory role.
• Exceptional executive presence, public speaking, and stakeholder mediation abilities.
• Proven capability to navigate ambiguity, move from strategy to hands‑on execution, and apply structured frameworks to unstructured problems.
