Electrical Engineer II – Tijuana

About the role

Integer is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to join its Tijuana team. The role focuses on designing, testing and validating electrical systems and components for moderate‑scale projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work for moderate‑scope projects.
• Review test procedures, conduct failure analysis and inspect products, processes and materials.
• Design electrical systems, develop and test components, and create testing methods to verify capabilities.
• Investigate, develop and implement new process technologies of moderate scope.
• Prepare project documentation and ensure adherence to QMS, FDA and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate customer requirements into reliable electrical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with quality, safety, environmental and security standards.
