About the role

The Principal Process Engineer will lead complex manufacturing and process engineering projects, providing senior technical leadership across the organization. This role focuses on designing, optimizing, and improving processes to enhance product quality, reduce cost, and meet regulatory and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end process and manufacturing engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives targeting quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Review and evaluate manufacturing processes, equipment, and product designs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and optimize processes to improve capability, efficiency, reliability, cycle time, and quality.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance of engineering designs and manufacturing processes.
• Approve significant engineering design changes and process modifications.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting complex manufacturing issues and lead root‑cause analysis.
• Support process validation, qualification, technology transfer, and new equipment implementation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Regulatory, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale process engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to evaluate technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience managing project priorities, budgets, and cross‑functional teams.
• Capability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
