Quality Supervisor

About the role

Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the execution of its Strategic Quality Plan at the Tijuana plant. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will work closely with product transition sites to ensure all quality requirements are met for production.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and improve Quality Management Systems across the operation.
• Lead a quality process team using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Drive corrective actions using 8D methodology and manage root‑cause investigations.
• Interface with internal and external customers to resolve complaints and ensure requirements are satisfied.
• Support supply chain by collecting and analyzing supplier quality data.
• Audit internal quality systems and prepare part approval documentation.
• Analyze quality metrics, perform statistical reviews, and recommend action plans.
• Develop and deliver quality‑related training programs.
• Participate in product development, launch activities, and reliability analysis.
• Design, audit, and maintain inspection and test plans, standards, and measurement equipment.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electrical or fluid distribution.
• Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in statistical data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
