Field Operator IV – Operations

About the role

The Field Operator IV works hands‑on with Weatherford equipment, machinery and systems to execute field assignments safely and efficiently. This senior‑level position supports daily rig operations, ensures compliance with corporate policies, and contributes to continuous improvement in health, safety, quality and environmental performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of safety, security and regulatory compliance on‑site.
• Follow Weatherford’s Standard Operating Procedures, technical work instructions and job hazard analyses.
• Participate in daily operations meetings, toolbox talks and report any issues promptly.
• Keep equipment, facilities and work areas clean, presentable and safe.
• Perform functional tests, inspections and monitoring of equipment according to training and competence levels.
• Inspect used parts for dimensional changes and report deviations.
• Support quality initiatives and contribute to the improvement of Weatherford’s Management System.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and environmental stewardship.
• Ability to read and apply technical manuals, procedures and work instructions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, HSE policies and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and participation in team meetings.
• Willingness to work onsite in field environments and adapt to changing operational demands.
