Process & Assurance Leader – Integrated Services

About the role

The Process & Assurance Leader for Integrated Services (ISP) ensures that projects are executed reliably, consistently and safely while minimizing quality‑related losses. You will drive the implementation of Weatherford’s Quality Management System across multiple product lines and act as the primary point of contact for customers on quality performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end quality assurance for ISP execution, including planning and assurance reviews.
• Monitor project quality metrics such as NPT, cost of poor quality (COPQ), incidents and systemic risks.
• Lead investigations of recurring execution failures and coordinate cross‑functional corrective actions.
• Track action items, verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Analyze data trends and translate findings into practical improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate quality improvement projects across multiple product lines and interface with customers on delivery assurance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience in oil & gas services.
• Advanced business‑level English.
• Experience managing ISO and API management systems.
• Strong leadership, team‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001).
• API Q2 standards.
• Root Cause Analysis and Incident Investigation.
• Microsoft Office suite.
