HR Business Partner – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team on a fully remote basis. You will act as a strategic advisor to business units, helping shape people‑focused solutions that drive retention, compliance, and employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with business unit leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
• Analyze turnover trends and develop programs and policies to improve retention.
• Monitor and apply Argentine and Latin American labor regulations to minimize legal risk.
• Interpret and communicate HR policies to managers and employees.
• Resolve complex employee‑related issues and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist international staff with expatriation assignments and related HR matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR Business Partner or similar HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine and broader Latin American labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the IT sector or regional HR responsibility is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
