Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our growing team in Mexico. You will play a key role in managing HR processes, supporting employees, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hiring and onboarding, draft employment contracts, and register new hires in internal systems.
• Coordinate delivery of work equipment, monitor vacations, sick leave, permits, and deductions.
• Handle termination processes, conduct exit interviews, and provide employee counseling.
• Administer major, minor, and life medical insurance policies, renewals, claims, and employee inquiries.
• Assist in drafting and updating policies, procedures, and the internal portal.
• Support organizational development, performance evaluations, training needs, and compliance with NOM035.
• Collaborate with managers on annual salary strategy and corrective action programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or a related field (cédula and título required).
• Minimum 5 years of practical HR experience in roles such as HR Representative, Generalist, or Executive.
• Experience with NOM035, learning and development, talent management, or organizational development.
• Advanced English proficiency.
