Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support multiple clients by planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns across SEO, paid search, social media and website channels. The role works closely with internal teams to ensure campaign success and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid search, social media and website management.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop strategies to improve client ROI and overall results.
• Provide high‑quality client service and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing initiatives.
• Analyze data and deliver actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Nice‑to‑have: experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads, and related certifications.
