LATAM Regional Controller

About the role

The LATAM Regional Controller will oversee financial health and operational efficiency across Latin America, acting as a strategic partner to manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams. You will develop advanced forecasting models, track key supply‑chain performance metrics, and turn complex cost and inventory data into dynamic dashboards that drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational and supply‑chain KPIs.
• Prepare cost reports and conduct variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Collaborate with logistics and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with controlling standards.
• Analyze cost drivers and efficiency metrics.
• Maintain controlling tools and dashboards.
• Coordinate with finance and controlling units.
• Advise on cost‑optimization strategies.

Required profile

• Strong background in supply‑chain controlling and cost analysis.
• Proven ability to track KPIs and manage budgeting tools.
• Experience in reporting logistics and creating data‑driven dashboards.
• Solid analytical mindset with expertise in data modeling and controlling systems.
