Plant Manager

About the role

The Plant Manager will lead a strategically important manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico. This senior operations leader will be responsible for delivering world‑class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all plant functions including production, maintenance, quality, logistics and supply‑chain coordination.
• Drive performance against SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory) KPIs and align with corporate financial targets.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Partner with commercial and engineering teams to support custom‑engineered packaging solutions and new program launches.
• Ensure plant capacity, material usage and production flow are optimized for customer demand.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on leadership experience in discrete or engineered manufacturing environments such as packaging, corrugated, foam or plastics.
• Strong track record of scaling performance, building high‑performing teams and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Ability to align plant operations with regional and North‑American strategic objectives.
