Product Analyst

About the role

Peek is looking for a curious, data‑driven Product Analyst to turn data into actionable insights across product, marketing, engineering, customer success and finance. The role is fully remote and supports the company’s AI‑powered booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and interpret data from primary and secondary sources to support analytics initiatives.
• Identify product opportunities and performance trends using appropriate analytical techniques.
• Deliver custom data solutions and actionable recommendations to business customers.
• Collaborate with data and software engineering teams to maintain and improve the data warehouse and data marts.
• Support product, marketing and success teams with data‑driven insights to enhance revenue capabilities.
• Assist finance with data analysis for internal financial initiatives.
• Experiment with AI tools, including large language models, to automate analysis and improve insight delivery.

Required profile

• Learning mindset with interest in modern analytics, automation and AI tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• 1‑2 years experience deriving insight from large, semi‑structured datasets in a SaaS environment.
• 1‑2 years experience writing SQL against large, complex data sets.
• Experience communicating insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
