Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager will lead the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs for a manufacturing company specializing in automotive electronic components and sensor solutions. The role ensures that programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while acting as a liaison between project teams and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of assigned programs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completion within defined scope, quality, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and activities, applying change, risk, and resource management practices.
• Resolve project‑related issues and ensure successful, timely completion of tasks.
• Produce accurate and timely program status reports throughout the program lifecycle.
• Analyze program risks and prepare quotations for new products, processes, or changes to existing ones.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Familiarity with core tools such as APQP, PFMEA, and PPAP.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Program management certification.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
