Project Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team in Tijuana. The role will oversee the launch of new products, guiding them from the initial kickoff through to full production, ensuring speed and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new product launches from kickoff to production.
• Lead cross‑functional teams throughout the concept‑to‑launch cycle.
• Apply APQP and PPAP processes to guarantee product quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI environments.
• Background in the metal mechanic or manufacturing industry (preferred).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
