Senior DevOps Engineer – Multi‑Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce)

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of DevOps practices across multi‑cloud environments. You will own end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines, drive automation at scale, and ensure secure, reliable deployments for the Mexican market.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Copado, and SFDX.
• Lead multi‑cloud deployment strategies across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Salesforce.
• Develop automation solutions with Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Enforce Git branching strategies, version control discipline, and release governance.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization for high‑availability environments.
• Strengthen security practices, including secrets management and compliance readiness.
• Maintain documentation such as runbooks, release guides, and environment configurations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, business stakeholders, and global teams to ensure seamless delivery flow.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams.
