Senior Manager, Global Capex Procurement

About the role

The Global Capex Procurement Manager will lead the coordination of capital‑expenditure projects worldwide, overseeing spend of $75M‑$150M. You will work closely with engineering, quality, safety, manufacturing and finance teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, negotiations and contracting for global Capex projects.
• Manage supplier performance issues and act as the escalation point for project teams.
• Collaborate with CPS operations (Engineering, QSE, Manufacturing & Finance) for stakeholder management.
• Build and maintain long‑term supplier relationships aligned with business goals.
• Ensure risk management and compliance, including NDAs and contracts.
• Participate in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs with strategic suppliers.
• Support additional activities as agreed upon.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement or supply‑management experience, preferably in indirect spend and Capex.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build supplier relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 % annually.
• Experience working with diverse cultures; Spanish knowledge is a plus.
