About the role
We are seeking a motivated, high‑energy Solar Appointment Setter to join our growing solar media agency. The role is 100 % remote and focuses on contacting homeowners in the LATAM region to schedule appointments for our solar consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and introduce them to solar energy benefits.
- Educate homeowners on the advantages of switching to solar.
- Qualify leads according to defined criteria.
- Schedule high‑quality appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM.
Required profile
- Bilingual – fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling or telemarketing (solar industry a plus).
- Self‑motivated, resilient and goal‑oriented.
