Solar Appointment Setter (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, high‑energy Solar Appointment Setter to join our growing solar media agency. The role is 100 % remote and focuses on contacting homeowners in the LATAM region to schedule appointments for our solar consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and introduce them to solar energy benefits.
• Educate homeowners on the advantages of switching to solar.
• Qualify leads according to defined criteria.
• Schedule high‑quality appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM.

Required profile

• Bilingual – fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling or telemarketing (solar industry a plus).
• Self‑motivated, resilient and goal‑oriented.
