Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional care from the first interaction. This role combines proactive problem‑solving with strong communication to boost client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries via email, text, and phone.
• Respond promptly to client escalations and update internal platforms.
• Support onboarding processes and assist during scheduled client meetings.
• Conduct outbound follow‑up calls when additional assistance is required.
• Work independently, meeting expectations without micromanagement.
• Identify potential issues early and address them before they escalate.
• Manage client call processes and script updates using a CRM Script Editor after training.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer success or client support role.
• Neutral or excellent English speaking accent.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to adapt to new platforms.
• Reliable backup power and internet connection.
• Willingness to adjust schedule during urgent situations.
• Computer with at least 16 GB RAM for smooth multitasking.
