Remote Caller / Lead Qualification Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Remote Caller / Lead Qualification Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers interested in custom steel buildings, helping to move them through the buying journey. You will work remotely, collaborating closely with Sales Managers to ensure qualified opportunities are prioritized.

Key responsibilities

• Make 120–150+ outbound calls daily to new and existing leads.
• Contact leads who have requested information about steel building products.
• Follow up with existing leads to nurture and maintain engagement.
• Re‑engage cold or inactive customers to revive interest.
• Return missed calls promptly and provide timely follow‑up.
• Build rapport by understanding project goals, timelines, budgets, and building needs.
• Qualify leads and identify prospects ready for a Sales Manager conversation.
• Schedule follow‑up calls and appointments as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate notes and update all interactions in the CRM.
• Communicate qualified opportunities to Sales Managers via Slack.
• Keep the sales pipeline active by consistently following up with older leads.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Comfortable making 120–150+ outbound calls each day.
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone demeanor.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle objections and customer rejection.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and detail‑oriented.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.
• Previous experience in a call center, outbound sales, appointment setting, customer service, or lead qualification is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot is a plus).
