Supply Chain Associate

About the role

Flock Foods is seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain Associate to support and optimise end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment. The role will manage ERP data, coordinate inventory, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across purchasing, logistics and production planning.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ERP system data integrity, input and track production orders, BOMs and inventory transactions, and audit entries for errors.
• Monitor raw material, packaging and finished‑goods inventory; conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies and establish reorder points.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, negotiate pricing and terms with domestic and international suppliers, and sustain strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑border shipments between Tijuana, Hermosillo and Los Angeles, evaluate carriers and routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain production planning schedules aligned with demand forecasts, compare planned vs. actual production and recommend adjustments to minimise stockouts or overstock.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply‑chain, operations or manufacturing environments.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems in a production context.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, production planning and procurement processes.
