Transformation Consultant

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Transformation Consultant to join its team in Mexico City. The role supports transformation and organizational effectiveness initiatives by helping clients redesign how they work, improve productivity, optimize organizational structures and manage change. It is a hybrid position with at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Support transformation projects covering organizational redesign, process redesign, productivity improvement, workforce planning, IA enablement and change management.
• Analyze organizational structures, roles, current-state operating models and processes to find inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop practical, data-driven recommendations and turn data, metrics and insights into clear client recommendations and action plans.
• Build and support workforce models, capacity analyses, role design and organizational structure assessments.
• Map, analyze and redesign processes to improve efficiency and simplify workflows.
• Contribute to change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication, adoption planning and implementation support.
• Build client-ready presentations, frameworks and working materials, and collaborate with project teams to strengthen delivery quality and client relationships.
• Manage large data sets and turn them into actionable information for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Business Transformations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, organizational development, transformation or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational design, process redesign, workforce planning, productivity improvement and change management.
• Experience analyzing current-state operations and developing recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English, including reading, writing and conversation.

Required skills

• Process mapping, organizational assessment and operating model redesign.
• Advanced Excel, including handling large data sets, analysis and modeling; macro programming is a plus.
• Advanced PowerPoint for client-ready presentations.
• Use of AI agents such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, verbal, written and presentation skills, and ability to handle multiple workstreams.

What stands out: consulting or transformation experience, supporting senior stakeholders, intermediate to advanced Power BI, knowledge of change management methodologies, KPI tracking, and strong relationship-building with executives.
