Business Development Manager – Forex & Crypto Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in the forex or crypto industry to expand our network of Introducing Broker (IB) partners. You will play a key role in acquiring new partners, onboarding them, and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new Introducing Broker (IB) partners.
• On‑board and train new IB partners.
• Manage relationships with existing partners to build loyalty.
• Conduct continuous due‑diligence on partners.
• Introduce Libertex products, services, and cooperation terms.
• Consult partners’ staff on sales and monitor partner sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.
• Resolve partner issues with a positive, can‑do approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of Business Development experience in brokerage, cryptocurrency exchange, or neobank.
• Good understanding of international financial markets, preferably foreign exchange.
• Business‑level fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong telephone conversation and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Conflict‑resolution skills balancing company and partner interests.
