Business Development Manager, Mexico & Colombia

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Business Development Manager for Mexico and Colombia to drive commercial growth of its branded CPG portfolio across Latin America. The role focuses on new customer acquisition, market expansion, strategic partnerships and channel development to increase brand presence and profitable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize new revenue opportunities, including new customers, channel expansion, licensing and co‑branding initiatives across Mexico and Colombia.
• Lead commercial negotiations with prospective customers, distributors and strategic partners, and build business cases that support profitable growth.
• Develop and maintain executive‑level relationships with key customers and partners, creating joint business plans and driving annual performance reviews.
• Design channel and go‑to‑market strategies, conduct pricing and profitability analyses, and manage trade investments to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Category Management to support product launches, innovation and commercialization efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field; 7+ years experience in CPG, food & beverage or consumer health.
• Proven track record in business development, commercial management or key‑account leadership driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Experience working with distributors and retailers in Latin America, especially Mexico and/or Colombia.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing, profitability analysis and business case development.
• Advanced communication skills in Spanish and English.
