Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst

About the role

The Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst will support daily benefits operations and help shape the overall compensation strategy. This position works closely with HR Business Partners, insurance providers, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of medical, financial, and wellness programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendors for flexible benefits, medical insurance, and wellness programs, ensuring service levels meet established SLAs.
• Act as liaison between insurance companies and Nissan to resolve employee issues, special cases, and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee renewal of insurance policies and flexible benefits, maintaining a calendar aligned with Nissan’s strategic initiatives.
• Support HRBPs on benefits‑related inquiries, policy clarification, and in‑plant assistance.
• Administer vendor management processes, including payments, contracts, agreements, and service level monitoring.
• Monitor market trends in compensation and benefits, perform cost analyses, and provide data‑driven recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration, vendor management, or insurance program management.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with experience in cost calculations and financial modeling.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum 500 TOEIC points).
