DTC Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on DTC Growth Marketer to own the full performance‑marketing stack for a multi‑brand premium bedding company selling direct‑to‑consumer via Shopify. You will be responsible for scaling DTC revenue from the ground up, turning data‑driven strategies into profitable campaigns and conversion improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage $3K–$15K/month paid‑media spend across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Shopping, Search, PMAX), building full‑funnel campaigns and launching 5‑10 new creative concepts each month.
• Maintain blended ROAS above 2x (target 3x+) while keeping CAC below $15, pausing under‑performing ads within 48 hours and scaling winners.
• Own the conversion funnel, running A/B tests on product pages, landing pages, checkout flow and trust signals; use Shopify Analytics and Microsoft Clarity heatmaps to diagnose drops.
• Improve mobile‑first performance, aiming to raise overall store conversion from ~1.8% to 2.5%+ within six months.
• Collaborate on email and retention initiatives, supporting lifecycle campaigns and customer re‑engagement.

Required profile

• Expertise with Shopify, paid‑media platforms (Meta, Google), and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in SEO, Meta Business Manager, data analysis and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Conversational English communication skills.
