About the role
Platzi is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support its CEO. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing the CEO’s professional and personal agenda, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Own the CEO’s calendar end‑to‑end, protect his time and resolve scheduling conflicts across PT time zones.
- Prepare briefing materials for every meeting, gather context and ensure the CEO is ready to engage.
- Track commitments, follow‑ups and pending items to prevent any slip‑throughs.
- Manage travel logistics, itineraries and on‑the‑ground details in partnership with a travel manager.
- Handle personal finances and expenses with precision and confidentiality.
- Coordinate household vendors, family logistics and other personal matters.
- Oversee event invitations, interview requests and speaking opportunities.
- Anticipate needs proactively and address them before they are voiced.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C‑level executives.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Discreet, reliable and able to work flexible hours aligned with PT.
- Based in Bogotá (preferred) or Mexico City (possible).
