About the role

We are seeking an elite‑level Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Managing Partner remotely. This full‑time position requires a proactive, decisive professional who can anticipate needs, manage high‑stakes relationships, and keep the executive’s professional and personal world running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and high‑profile negotiations.
Coordinate with senior bookkeeper, investment team, legal partners, operations, marketing, and external vendors.
Optimize workflows, handle high‑profile relationships, and eliminate distractions.
Oversee both professional and personal responsibilities of the executive.
Provide flexible support for occasional evening or weekend tasks.

Required profile

Proven experience supporting a CEO or founder in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
Decisive, proactive, and able to operate several steps ahead of the executive.
Comfortable working under pressure and delivering results without excuses.
Strong alignment with the executive’s vision and decision‑making framework.
