About the role

The Fashion Advisor will create a unique and memorable experience for every client visiting the CHANEL boutique in Los Cabos. Combining a strong business orientation with a passion for client service, the Advisor acts as an ambassador of the brand, delivering personalized luxury service and contributing to the boutique’s market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Represent CHANEL values and heritage, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the brand’s history, collections, and craftsmanship to clients and team members.
• Deliver tailored client experiences using CHANEL’s ritual, building long‑lasting relationships.
• Integrate digital and omni‑channel tools to ensure seamless shopping experiences.
• Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, client data capture, and after‑sales services.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and professionally presented sales environment in line with visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Handle client complaints and requests according to brand standards.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and physical inventory counts.
• Collaborate with the boutique team, sharing best practices and fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace.
