Global Procurement Manager

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Global Procurement Manager to lead the Indirect Procurement organization for PepsiCo Beverages North America. You will oversee a team of 46 representatives, ensuring compliance, driving efficiency, and supporting key business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the capability of a team of 46 indirect procurement representatives.
• Ensure Accounts Payable duties comply with internal audit (SAG/SOX) guidelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to coordinate and adhere to business initiatives.
• Resolve escalated customer or vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high‑level communication with Operations, Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Fleet, and HQ.
• Identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and implement efficiency‑gain initiatives.
• Lead change initiatives to meet key business imperatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience managing people.
• Advanced English fluency (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving background.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with accounts payable and global procurement processes is desirable.
• Successful track record managing a team of managers in a service‑focused environment.
