About the role
PepsiCo is seeking a Global Procurement Manager to lead the Indirect Procurement organization for PepsiCo Beverages North America. You will oversee a team of 46 representatives, ensuring compliance, driving efficiency, and supporting key business initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the capability of a team of 46 indirect procurement representatives.
- Ensure Accounts Payable duties comply with internal audit (SAG/SOX) guidelines.
- Partner with stakeholders to coordinate and adhere to business initiatives.
- Resolve escalated customer or vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high‑level communication with Operations, Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Fleet, and HQ.
- Identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and implement efficiency‑gain initiatives.
- Lead change initiatives to meet key business imperatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience managing people.
- Advanced English fluency (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving background.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience with accounts payable and global procurement processes is desirable.
- Successful track record managing a team of managers in a service‑focused environment.
