HR Learning Analyst

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking an HR Learning Analyst to support the execution and administration of learning initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on managing learning technology platforms, ensuring timely delivery of training, and improving user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute moderately complex learning operations, applying sound judgment to resolve challenges and ensure effective delivery of learning services.
• Support administration and deployment of internal and external training programs on learning platforms, aligning with PepsiCo standards and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and subject‑matter experts to configure, deploy, and make learning initiatives accessible to target audiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning technology processes and workflows, recommending enhancements for efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Monitor platform data and operational metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and adoption.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, workflows, and governance practices to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the adoption of standardized practices and operational models across Learning Technology.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives that explore and implement innovative digital solutions for scalable learning delivery.

Required profile

• Experience with learning technology and delivery systems, such as LMS or LXP platforms.
• Background in training administration and operational support for learning programs.

• Learning Management System (LMS) proficiency.
• Learning Experience Platform (LXP) proficiency.
