HR Manager – Mexico Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our operations in Mexico. The role will design and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring full compliance with Mexican labor legislation and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, succession, and talent management.
• Manage employee and labor relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and union negotiations, ensuring compliance with the Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT) and collective bargaining agreements.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for exempt and non‑exempt positions, monitor recruitment KPIs, and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and deliver learning and development programs, including leadership, technical, onboarding, and compliance training.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams on salary reviews, job evaluations, market benchmarking, and incentive programs.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, employee records, HR systems, and prepare HR metrics reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, STPS regulations, applicable NOMs, and global HR standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local HR team, fostering a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Manager in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.
