JR Services Member Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Services Member Analyst to join AVEVA’s support team in Mexico City. You will work with AVEVA Edge and other HMI/SCADA solutions, helping customers worldwide to deploy, maintain and optimise their industrial automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AVEVA Edge applications via phone, email and remote sessions.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration and maintenance of client HMI/SCADA projects.
• Collaborate with distributors, system integrators and OEMs to deliver complete solutions.
• Develop and customise product templates to meet specific customer requirements.
• Support clients globally on advanced HMI/SCADA applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills (advanced); Spanish is a plus.
• Interest in industrial automation and willingness to work in a hybrid office model (3 days onsite).

Required skills

• Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase or MySQL.
• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA platforms (AVEVA Edge, InduSoft Web Studio, Wonderware, Intouch, System Platform, OMI, FactoryTalk).
• Familiarity with PLC hardware from Schneider Electric, Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Eaton or Beckhoff.
• Programming in VBScript or similar languages (C, C++, C#, VB).
• Web technologies including HTML, HTML5, CSS, ActiveX and JavaScript.
