About the role

Flex is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join its team in Juarez Sur. Reporting to the Clinic Doctor, you will play a key role in delivering occupational health services that support employee wellbeing and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage administrative and operational activities of occupational health services.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
Maintain and develop records, equipment, and programs associated with occupational health.
Manage physical evaluation programs to meet regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) teams.
Assist with accident investigation and root‑cause analysis of incidents and near‑misses.

Required profile

Basic English proficiency (beginner level).
Bachelor’s degree (typically required).
Experience in an industrial setting is desirable.
Ability to work with operations and human‑resources teams.
