Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

Flex is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join its team in Juarez Sur. Reporting to the Clinic Doctor, you will play a key role in delivering occupational health services that support employee wellbeing and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage administrative and operational activities of occupational health services.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
• Maintain and develop records, equipment, and programs associated with occupational health.
• Manage physical evaluation programs to meet regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) teams.
• Assist with accident investigation and root‑cause analysis of incidents and near‑misses.

Required profile

• Basic English proficiency (beginner level).
• Bachelor’s degree (typically required).
• Experience in an industrial setting is desirable.
• Ability to work with operations and human‑resources teams.
