Occupational Health Nurse

About the role
Flex is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join its team in Juarez Sur. Reporting to the Clinic Doctor, you will play a key role in delivering occupational health services that support employee wellbeing and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage administrative and operational activities of occupational health services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
- Maintain and develop records, equipment, and programs associated with occupational health.
- Manage physical evaluation programs to meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) teams.
- Assist with accident investigation and root‑cause analysis of incidents and near‑misses.
Required profile
- Basic English proficiency (beginner level).
- Bachelor’s degree (typically required).
- Experience in an industrial setting is desirable.
- Ability to work with operations and human‑resources teams.
