Senior Director of Technology

About the role

DYOPATH is seeking a Senior Director of Technology to shape and execute a multi‑year technology strategy that drives revenue, enhances client outcomes, and positions technology as a competitive advantage. This remote leadership position will influence both U.S. and international portfolios while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across technology, operations, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver a multi‑year technology roadmap aligned with growth, customer outcomes, and operational excellence.
• Translate business strategy into revenue‑generating technology solutions and packaged services.
• Own and evolve the service catalog, including offerings, SLAs, pricing, and packaging, in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Lead enterprise architecture across cloud, data, networking, and integration, simplifying and scaling the platform.
• Provide senior sponsorship for the cybersecurity program and communicate risk trade‑offs to executives and clients.
• Drive S/NOC performance, SLA delivery, and incident response while fostering a culture of accountability.
• Influence company direction as a member of the leadership team and maintain direct impact on revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor leaders in IT, architecture, operations, and security.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in technology strategy, service delivery, and cybersecurity oversight.
• Advanced professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work remotely with occasional after‑hours support and limited international travel.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing revenue and profitability.

• Base compensation of MXN 900,000 – 1,200,000 annually plus performance‑based bonus.
