Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer joins the Global Creative team to lead the design and production of high‑quality visual communications for both marketing and corporate channels. Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, you will translate marketing objectives into compelling print and digital assets while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing and communication materials for print and digital platforms.
• Interpret creative direction and project briefs into effective visual solutions.
• Collaborate with creative team members, content managers, and marketing stakeholders.
• Maintain brand standards across all deliverables.
• Own assigned projects, meeting quality, timeline, and production requirements.
• Make informed decisions on layout, typography, imagery, colour, and composition.
• Conduct image research, photo editing, and asset preparation.
• Prepare accurate production‑ready files for print and digital distribution.
• Review work for quality control and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
• Support additional creative and production initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in layout, marketing graphic design, print materials, booklets, product catalogs, and flyers.
• Proficiency in English (conversational).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven experience producing both print and digital marketing materials.
• Strong print production knowledge, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
