• Translating complex Data & AI concepts into visual narratives that move enterprise buyers.
• Designing sales and product marketing assets that support revenue conversations.
• Co-leading visual strategy with the Head of Marketing and shaping a design system from the ground up.
• Making sure every asset, from a LinkedIn carousel to an enterprise pitch deck, feels unmistakably Arkham.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio showing brand, content and B2B marketing work.
• Experience designing for B2B or tech companies.
• Systems thinker who builds templates, guidelines and processes that scale.
• Strong visual storytelling and ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proactive, ownership mindset and excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Nice to have: startup or fast-growing tech experience, and familiarity with AI, data or enterprise software categories.

Required skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
