Software Integration Engineer

About the role

Mastercard’s Internal Systems & Automation Technology team is seeking a Software Integration Engineer II to enhance the employee experience by designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions focused on IT Asset Management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, emphasizing IT Asset Management, Hardware Management, and IT Operations Management.
• Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support asset lifecycle and enterprise‑wide software license requests.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform performance.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in software development or integration.
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Ability to explain technical problems clearly and propose effective solutions.

Required skills

• Proficient in JavaScript and HTML.
• Advanced experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) and Python.
• ServiceNow development and configuration experience, especially ITAM modules.
• Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, and JAMF.
