About the role
Mastercard’s Internal Systems & Automation Technology team is seeking a Software Integration Engineer II to enhance the employee experience by designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions focused on IT Asset Management.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, emphasizing IT Asset Management, Hardware Management, and IT Operations Management.
- Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support asset lifecycle and enterprise‑wide software license requests.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform performance.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in software development or integration.
- Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Ability to explain technical problems clearly and propose effective solutions.
Required skills
- Proficient in JavaScript and HTML.
- Advanced experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) and Python.
- ServiceNow development and configuration experience, especially ITAM modules.
- Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, and JAMF.
