Enterprise Operations Engineer (A/V)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Enterprise Operations Engineer (A/V) to join the Multimedia Services team. The role focuses on lifecycle refresh, transformational initiatives, and service delivery for audio‑visual solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategic refresh projects and modernize AV experiences in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.
• Lead resolution and problem management for video‑conferencing, wireless content sharing, and electronic bulletin boards.
• Manage ITSM processes for ticketing, incident reporting, and monitoring, and contribute to operational metrics.
• Coordinate with network operations and external vendors for break/fix activities and support AV product services.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience installing, configuring, and managing AV technologies in a global enterprise.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated focus on customer service and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
