About the role
As a Tax Analyst you will report to the Controller for the relevant market(s) with a dotted‑line to the Area Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager. You will support tax compliance and reporting across multiple Latin American jurisdictions, preparing and reviewing tax filings, analysing tax positions and providing insights to aid business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Support preparation and review of tax returns and supporting documentation.
- Review tax returns prepared by an outsourcing partner (Big 4).
- Prepare and support group tax reporting using Longview.
- Gather and analyse financial data for tax reporting and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely tax submissions.
- Maintain tax records and assist with audit support activities.
- Improve documentation and SOPs for tax processes.
- Participate in internal control and audit processes to ensure tax compliance.
- Monitor adherence to local and international tax regulations.
- Foster a proactive and collaborative approach within the team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or tax.
- 3–7 years of experience in tax compliance or analysis.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and reporting.
- Experience with SAP and tax compliance software.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
