Account Manager – Client Success & Advertising Solutions

About the role

The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison for top‑tier advertisers, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns from kickoff through billing. Working closely with Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Finance, you will deliver world‑class service and help clients maximize the DoubleVerify product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of client campaigns, including implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, and billing.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, monthly office hours, feature update meetings, and education sessions.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans, tracking product usage, spend trends, and KPI performance.
• Identify churn risks, escalate issues promptly, and document actions in Salesforce.
• Perform monthly audits of the book of business and weekly dashboard clean‑ups.
• Upload all client‑related documents to Salesforce and keep internal trackers up to date.
• Provide proactive optimization recommendations based on industry and client news.

Required profile

• 4+ years of overall work experience.
• 1‑2 years in sales or account management within the online advertising industry.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for strategic conversations and client education.
